The production of specific components, like the anchoring pins for dental prosthesis models that are sorted by colour, requires a particularly sensitive approach. Ultimate functionality is assured by empathising with the procedures involving this part.
Objective:
Producing a dental prosthesis pin that can be made more quickly and less expensively.
Our solution:
A new design, making the item easier to handle. The control of the two movable pins was critically improved. The products can now be used one-handed. The surface now hardens without applying a polished enamel coating. Colthène was very pleased with the good result.
